ความรับผิดชอบ
- Screening telephone calls and handling inquiries.
- Organizing your manager’s diary and making appointments.
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Manager.
- Dealing with letters and emails.
- Running errands. Mostly shopping and banking tasks.
- Arranging meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining office systems.
- Taking notes at meetings.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Looking after visitors.
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A calm and professional manner.
- Excellent computer and administration skills.
- A flexible, adaptable and self-motivated approach to work.
- The ability to use your own initiative.
- Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to operate well under pressure.
- Proactively provide assistance as needed, using various hardware (i.e. iPhone, iPad, Macbook, PC).
- Be able to successfully complete all jobs by the time requested.

- Previous experience working with a foreign manager would be an advantage.
- Office location near MRT Queen Sirikit Station.
- Starting salary Baht 35,000 per month plus benefits.
