Secretarial Work for President & Chairman
Arrangement of Company Car(Contact Executives’ drivers etc)
Booking Hotel, Restaurant, Hospital, Meeting Room and Arrange TV meeting
Arrangement of Executives’ overseas Business trip
Application of Visa
Set up the loaming of executives’ mobile phone etc
Create Documents in JP & EN with Powerpoint, Excel, Word as executives’ requests
Handle various kinds of inquiries from executives etc
HR matter
Arrangement of VISA, accommodation, school etc for New Japanese Expats and Expats who return to Japan etc
Interpretation & Translation Work
Interpretation(JPvsTH, ENvsTH, ENvsJP)
For President, Chairman, Admin Staff(Accounting, HR, GA, Drivers), and others
Translation(JPvsTH, ENvsTH, ENvsJP)
Company Rule, Manual
Legal Docs
Accounting Docs
Other Docs related to Admin Depts. and 2 executives etc
Support for Business Planning
Create Powerpoint docs based on the material provided by president & others in accordance with their requests
Event Management
Organize & Manage Regional President MTG(3 times a year)
Organize in-house & regional QC circle held in Thailand
Organize World engineering, development MTG held in Thailand etc
Liaison with Other Branches
UK, INDIA, BANGLADESH, THAI, INDONESIA, PHILIPPINES, JAPAN etc in accordance with president and others’ requests
Other admin tasks
Support for Export & Import
Liaison with TSTH(Saraburi Factory) & destination factory in import country & shipping company
Create shipping docs
Other assignments
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
Should meet one of below 3 conditions
Experience of studying abroad to Japanese National University (even 1 year experience is acceptable. But except Ryukyu University)
Work experience in Japanese or European Hotel
Work experience in Japanese/European/SG/HK/Middle East Airline
Time Management & Schedule Management Skill
Quick Response
English Proficiency Level: TOEIC 700 or Higher
Japanese Proficiency Level: N2 or Higher
*If candidate can speak English & Japanese fluently, lower score & class than the above conditions is not subject to decision.
Female age 25-35 years old
To be able to use power point, excel and word
To be able to take business trip in domestic & overseas
