- Open new accounts and build a new clientele base
- Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable
- To know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
- Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
- Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems
- To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales
- Follow up on leads for prospective clients and ensure timely follow up of all contacts
- Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures
- To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
- Provide direction, guidance and training to clients for using the company's platform and trading tools.
- Act as the "eyes and ears" servicing a portfolio of clients in the FX marketplace by reporting trends and providing general market information to clients
- Act as a conduit between clients and the FX market
- Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client
- Be aware of and be able to demonstrate ongoing in-depth knowledge of the financial markets, both technically and fundamentally
- Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
- Provide an understanding of technical and fundamental analysis to clients via scheduled 1 to 1 training sessions
- Utilise retention strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve monthly targets
- Cross selling company services to provide client improvement and increase LTV targets
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation
