Understanding of recruitment needs of company.
Handing the sourcing and initial screening and selection process for all new employees.
Interview applicants and creating a short list of candidate for management.
To assist manager in recruitment, compensation, welfare and benefit and staff training & development areas.
To support manager for controlling and implement the personnel policies to encourage business goal and to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements.
To monitor and to ensure that the employee comply with Company rules & Regulations.
To support manager at disciplinary or grievance hearing.
To coordinate with the other departments for any HR issues.
To control high standard of HR services, safely and HR issues.
To support employee activities and functions as assigned by supervisor.
To contact with Social Security office such as Submission new employee or informing employee’s resignation.
Assisting Manager for Training Program in order to develop the employees’ skills.
To manage Time Attendance Report.
To manage and to control the employees’ data as Database.
To make payroll program and calculate taxation.
To contact with Revenue Department.
Female, age 29 – 35 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, English, Japanese, Human Resources or related field.
Have knowledge in Labor Law / Social Security Office / Tax / Payroll.
At least 5 years experience in all Human Resources and Administration function.
Good command of English.
